We Meet Your Client
Our team arranges a consultation and a visit to the property, then the design proposal.
Your Referral Fee
When your client signs with us, we let you know and pay your referral fee on the terms we sent you.
Which Buyers to Introduce
Refer buyers who are planning a complete home: a full fit-out of a new condominium or penthouse, a landed home to renovate, or land with a house still to be built.
A buyer who needs only curtains or a few pieces of furniture is better served elsewhere, and we will say so rather than take the introduction.
